01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Pub 774 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the site, and any person who accesses any part of the Pub 774 service.

Your continued use of the Pub 774 platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Pub 774 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the platform or via email to your registered address.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Pub 774 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and Pub 774.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Pub 774 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or you are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Pub 774 or by any regulatory authority.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Pub 774, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

Pub 774 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on Pub 774, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on Pub 774. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Pub 774 immediately.
• Pub 774 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account registration and use of the platform is for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Pub 774 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Pub 774 does not accept cash deposits. All transactions must be conducted through the supported electronic payment channels.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Pub 774 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC procedures.
• Pub 774 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.
• Funds deposited into your Pub 774 account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. Your balance is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• Pub 774 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any transaction and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

05 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Pub 774 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

• All game outcomes on Pub 774 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer. All RNGs are independently audited for fairness.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Pub 774 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, as a result of a software bug, or in circumstances where the integrity of the game has been compromised.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. Pub 774 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during gameplay.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Pub 774 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or exploiting promotional offers in bad faith constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Pub 774 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Pub 774 reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for a specific promotion and to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pub 774 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Pub 774 platform, software, or security systems.
• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the Pub 774 platform — including but not limited to the Pub 774 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of Pub 774 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Pub 774 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of Pub 774.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Pub 774, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Pub 774's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Pub 774 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Pub 774 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pub 774 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10 Privacy

Pub 774 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your Pub 774 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Pub 774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Pub 774 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• Pub 774 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have been found to be ineligible to use the platform under Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon termination for cause, Pub 774 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and Pub 774, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Pub 774 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes, Pub 774 may refer the matter to its independent game auditor, whose determination shall be final and binding.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Pub 774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Pub 774 will provide notice through the platform interface and, where practicable, via email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Pub 774 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
